Green beans with bacon, onionsand Taugé mung bean sprouts



Ingredients for 4 servings>
  • 500 g green beans
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 package bacon (diced)
  • 1 package mung bean sprouts (200 g)

Directions
Wash green beans and cook in boiling water until cooked through, but still firm. Fry the bacon and add the onion. Add the mung bean sprouts to the green beans. As soon as the water boils again, remove pot from heat and drain. This way the mung bean sprouts will remain crunchy. Add bacon and onion and carefully mix with sprouts and beans.
